Fun Facts
One upon a time the Saurus smashed a porcelain cat full of mustard packets during their set.
THE SAURUS
Its hard to make an imporv noise rock band work. Most people hate that sort of thing. In fact,
I saw tons of people leave the room every time the Saurus played. But this just made it better.
How could people go when they were actually witnessing something beautiful? Jeremy’s bass always
sounded gigantic and Matt’s drums were ferocious. They were a lean and mean duo. Later on when they
added a guitar player, they were unstoppable.
I don’t think the Saurus got to play too many times, but each of those sets was a real spectacle. We are lucky to have recorded part of one of their sets for you to hear the greatness for yourself. If you’re lucky, you might be able to catch one of their reunion shows in the future since they have played sets since their breakup under the monikers Dictio Nary and At Las. Each reunion set seems to get a little more ridiculous every time, so don’t say I didn’t warn you.
